Refining The Vision
We launched the Blissful Blog site with a grand vision of the perfect blogging solution for the wedding industry. After creating additional website templates and paid services the solution was becoming overly complicated, and we were losing focus. As a result, we’ve returned to the original concept.
The Blissful Blog is first and foremost a blog template. We’re going to keep it that way — focusing on improving the existing Blissful Blog template and adding new functionality. We believe this approach to making one great solution will be more beneficial to our members than attempting to create and manage multiple solutions. The Blissful Blog will remain free to start, and memberships can optionally be upgraded for additional upload space and functionality. Our goal is to create the best blogging solution for your wedding or business.
A significant step has been made in this direction with the latest version of the Blissful Blog. A mobile responsive design has been integrated in addition to new functionality and features. Version 3 Has Arrived
We’re excited to announce significant updates to the Blissful Blog. Version 3 of the Blissful Blog features a fully responsive layout. For those unfamiliar with responsive design — it means the blog will now scale beautifully for any mobile device. Sharing your articles, photos and video on an iPhone or iPad is an awesome experience with the Blissful Blog. If responsive layouts aren’t your thing, you can disable the styles within the options.
In addition, we have made a number of other improvements. The design has been tightened up even more. We have added a new responsive slideshow that scales with your browser size. Featured images and videos can now be displayed on the home blog and an individual article pages. Also, shop functionality is now available to pro level Blissful Blog members — so you can sell your photography or products using the blog.
