Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply when registering for a Blissful Blog account:
1. General Usage
Blissful Bloggers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and blog, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur and content published under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the blog. Invulu is not liable for and reserves the right to remove any unlawful or offensive content from a blog on the Blissful Blog network.
2. Guarantee
The Blissful Blog is guaranteed to function correctly (as seen within the demo) upon registration of a new account. If for some reason the template is not working properly, report the issue to our support team, and we will do our best to resolve the problem in a timely manner.
3. Support
Support is only offered to Blissful Blog members. We provide video tutorials, documentation and frequently asked questions to our members. Support questions and inquiries should be submitted on our support ticket page. Support includes resolving common template issues, bug fixes and general usage questions. Support does not include the adding of content, blog setup, consultation or customization. For help beyond the scope of our support, the customer may contact a professional.
4. Updates
Invulu reserves the right to update the Blissful Blog templates and community with new features and bug fixes at any time. We are not responsible for any effects an update may have on your blog settings or account. We reserve the right to update or not update any software and/or plugins used on the Blissful Blog network.
5. Payment & Renewal
Blissful Blog monthly subscriptions and optional subscription Upgrades including premium templates, plugins and features are available on the website. By selecting an Upgrade you agree to pay Invulu the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for an Upgrade and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Upgrade fees are not refundable. Members are responsible canceling their own payment subscriptions.
6. Refunds
There are no refunds. However, you may cancel a subscription at anytime. If there is an issue regarding a template, we will address the problem. We will be happy to answer questions regarding the Blissful Blog and related templates before your purchase to insure it will meet your needs. Thank you for your understanding.
7. Browser Compatibility
Our templates support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac) & Internet Explorer 7+. Whilst we strive to give every template a seamless & near-identical experience across each of these browsers, it is impossible to compensate for the lack of web standards support (relating to HTML & CSS) in some of these browsers. In the case of a browser not supporting certain web standards, we will include a generic workaround for that browser, which will degrade a specific function / feature gradually and in a way that doesn’t affect the user experience negatively.
8. Content
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted (“Content”), are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. You agree to not publish any offensive Content. You agree not to upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
9. Ownership
Invulu retains complete ownership of the Blissful Blog templates and Website. Members retain ownership of their content posted on the Blissful Blog templates. We will not use a member’s Content without their consent for the purpose of advertising and/or promotion.
10. Blog and Account Deletion
Invulu reserves the right to delete any free, inactive accounts. We reserve the right to delete any freely created blogs that are inactive or any spam blogs freely created for the purpose of link sharing, advertising, affiliates, promotions, etc.
11. Changes
Invulu reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the Website following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes. Invulu may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
